Machine Configuration

Robust Structure
The machine body is welded by over 8mm thickness high-strength steel and after 24 hours ,600 ℃ annealing process to fully release the welding stress inside the structure to enable you have a stable and non-deformation cutting table even after long term cutting.

Precision Milling
To ensure the highest cutting precision for our laser machines, we use an advanced 6-axis milling machine. Our three-phase milling process, which includes one rough and two fine milling steps, guarantees the best accuracy for the guide rail base.

Downdraft Ventilation
This machine uses a high-powered motor and a responsive exhaust system for the best smoke removal. The vents automatically open and close to follow the cutting area, concentrating suction where it’s needed most.

Safety Glasses
For staff safety, both the side panels and front door are equipped with protective glasses,they can observe cutting process outside of the machine, and the special glasses also can filter scattered laser beam.

Precision Milling
The exchange table boosts cutting efficiency by allowing you to load and unload materials during the cutting process. For example, the FLX3015 model can swap its material table in just 24 seconds, minimizing downtime.

Reliable Performance
Every machine undergoes a 2-day fatigue test and various cutting tests to ensure quality. The cutting parameters are saved on the computer for quick setup.
Cutting Software
Adaptive pierceing
Emit laser during the Z axis moving down, piercing efficiency has been improved 9%.
Fly cut
Flying cutting path can be generated for most graphics,reducing the pauses after cutting completion and further improving efficiency
Micro-joint
Optimized micro-joint points, the connection points are smaller, it is easier to separate parts, and the cutting surface is smoother.
Torque detection
When the system detects torque abnormal, it will stop moving immediately to protect from serious injury when a collision happens.
Anti-collision
Intelligently adjusting the lifting height of the cutting path based on the cutting sequenceof the parts to achieve obstacle avoidance during movements.
