The machine body is welded by over 8mm thickness high-strength steel and after 24 hours ,600 ℃ annealing process to fully release the welding stress inside the structure to enable you have a stable and non-deformation cutting table even after long term cutting.

To ensure the highest cutting precision for our laser machines, we use an advanced 6-axis milling machine. Our three-phase milling process, which includes one rough and two fine milling steps, guarantees the best accuracy for the guide rail base.

This machine uses a high-powered motor and a responsive exhaust system for the best smoke removal. The vents automatically open and close to follow the cutting area, concentrating suction where it’s needed most.
