Performance of FLS Series Devices

- Machine Body
- The cutting accuracy of laser equipment largely depends on the precision of the body itself. We utilize advanced 5-axis gantry milling machines, which achieve a processing accuracy of less than ±0.02mm. Additionally, our beds undergo a high-temperature annealing process at 600℃ for 12 hours, effectively eliminating welding stress and ensuring longterm cutting stability without deformation.

EETO-FLS(Open Type) Features

Separated Cabinet Design
All-in-one machines are common because they save space, but they have significant drawbacks. Complex wiring makes maintenance difficult, and cutting vibrations can damage sensitive components like the laser generator. To avoid these issues, we use separate electrical cabinets for our equipment.

High Efficient Suction System
With the multi-chambers high efficient suction system, the suction position can be following the movement of the cutting area, thus the suction can always stay high and good effect.

Ethercat Communication Technology
EtherCAT offers advantages such as high-speed transmission, low latency, flexible scalability, simplified wiring, and efficient reliability in a
bus system.

External Routing of Fiber Optical Cable
Connecting the optical fiber to the cutting head on-site is a challenging task that can easily lead to contamination. To solve this, we separate the optical fiber cable and route it externally. This design eliminates the need for disassembly before delivery, significantly reducing the risk of fiber contamination.

Machine Body Protection
In order to prevent the bed from being ablated by high-power laser
beams, we have adopted various protective measures, including using
brass and large-area graphite brick to cover.

More Robust Machine Body
Thicker materials mean that the bed needs to bear a heavier load. For high-power bed structures, we have adopted a completely new structural design and reinforced the material thickness.

Intergerated Gas Control System
Standard equipped with a high-pressure proportion valve, customers
can easily adjust nitrogen and air pressure directly through the system
interface. Additionally, the modular design facilitates convenient maintenance.

Big Flue with Better Exhaust Effect
A larger and wider bed requires better exhaust performance. We have
increased the motor power and equipped a bigger exhaust duct to
achieve better ventilation and exhaust effects.
